AOI and Programming modules are low-cost, flexible, flatbed scanner-based systems that can perform inspection at any stage of production and compare parts to CAD, Gerber and/or a Golden part. In addition, the same system can be used to program SMT assembly equipment and create component vision (Part Definition) files. InspectScan VPI is a revolutionary new process control tool used in setting up processes before production or in performing sampling inspection once a product is in production. By catching PCB or Hybrid Microcircuit assembly problems before production (virtual problems), costly rework is dramatically reduced (real problems).

StencilScan AOI is a fully integrated, stand-alone measurement and inspection workstation to verify cut stencils/screens for accuracy, size and blockage. StencilScan has the ability to inspect 100% for absence/presence and correct size of apertures, as well as producing necessary Gerber data for stencil/screen production.
