EnviroGuard^™ is a closed-loop filtration system designed to filter contaminants from both the rinse and wash water. EnviroGuard is the only 100% closed-loop stencil cleaner filtration system as other systems only filter the rinse water. An EnviroGuard system may be combined with any Smart Sonic stencil cleaner to configure a 100% closed-loop process and eliminate the need of a wastewater evaporator and third party hauling of contaminated wastewater.

The Model SE-1 Wastewater Evaporator is a traditional style electrical-fired evaporator that is manufactured of 100% stainless steel to eliminate rust and corrosion commonly found in other evaporator designs. The Model SE-1 is also fully automatic and able to operate unattended with any Smart Sonic stencil cleaner.

The Model EZ-0 Wastewater Evaporator is Smart Sonic’s exclusive design for operation with any Smart Sonic Stencil Cleaner. “EZ-0” stands for “easy maintenance and zero discharge” because it processes the wastewater in a separate thermostatically-controlled chamber making routine maintenance easier and more efficient and, like the Model SE-1, nothing is discharged to drain and the construction is 100% stainless steel.
